Outlook Send/Receive

I am receiving the error message, "The Operation Failed"
when i press the send receive button. I am using Outlook
2002. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Eventually,
my mail downloads on its own but takes anywhere from 3-10
minutes. I have had Office XP for over a year but this
just began happening around two weeks ago. I recently
moved, but i'm using the same provider.
