outlook send receive

I keep getting Enter Network Password window but I thought I configured
outlook to automatically send and receive - in other words, I had outlook
save the password. How can I get rid of logging in every time outlook does a
send receive?

What kind of mail account do you have set up? POP3? IMAP? Microsoft
Exchange RPC-over-HTTPS?
What version of Windows are you running? What version of Outlook?
