outlook sending 1 to multiple gif files to recipients

recipients of my emails are recieving gif file of diamond shaped bullet
looking thing with each email sent. also if it is a reply to another email
it can have multiple ones of the same. not using any stationary, composing
in HTML setting, and the signature does not have any graphics. Any idea what
this is and how to make it go away?

If you're using Word as your mail editor. it's possible an image is embedded
in the Word template. Locate the templates (look in
%AppData%\Microsoft\Templates) normal.dot, rename them (to anything you want)
and try again.
