Outlook sending box bloqued by heavy message, impossible do delete

Outlook 2003, XP, send box is bloqued by an e-mal with an attachement that is
too heavy. PC work constantly to send without succes. I cannot delete.
Restarted several times... no succes.

Any suggestion ?
