Outlook Sending Issues btwm Home and Office

I have two email accounts that I use on a laptop (XP Pro) and a CPU (Vista)
that are able to send and receive from my office's wifi, but not from my
home. I can receive emails on both in all locations and my phone.

I have searched for some answers, but can not find any that address this
question since my setup seems to be correct if it works at my office. Other
people at my house can send without error from their accounts as well.

I believe that this has to do with your outgoing mail settings. Often
you need to use the SMTP mail server address provided by your local
ISP in order to send mail from home. That would explain why
everything works at the office but not at home, and why those at your
house are sending mail successfully (if they are sending email through
an account with your ISP).
