i first posed this question yesterday. hoping to get to the bottom of it.
Still hoping.
whenever i send a message, Outlook indicates 'sending 1 of 1, sending 2 of 2'
when only one message in outbox. if i'm sending 2 messages, it states '3 of
3'
etc. always sending one more message than is in the outbox. i have 2 email
accounts within outlook which i'm guessing may be playing a role here.
there is no issue of sending a message when no message is in the outbox,
i.e. no stuck messages and NO messages in the Messages in Folder pane under
mapi_folder-Root. no attempt to send a read receipt for stuck message.
already attempted to execute
www.howto-outlook.com/howto/deletereadreceipt.htm on recommendation from K
Orland.
at first i worried that some robot was infecting my system, sending the
outgoing messages to some invisible recipient. is this a bug in outlook? any
suggestions?
