Outlook..sent item question ?

Hi All,

If this is the not right outloook group to this particular question. Please
excuse and and tell the right group.
What I want is..that when I sent an email...Instead of outlook automatically
saving it in sent items...it ask me to save it or not. and then only does
the same as responded.

I guess the best way to represent is to have a check box...in the compose
form itself which the user can check or uncheck to save it or not...but I am
not exactly sure...how to develop it ?
