Outlook Sent Items Exchange

I have some users connected to an Exchange server via http over RPC but when
they have sent an Email and it then gets placed in the sent items folder
their address turns to an LDAP or fully quailified organisational name rather
then a display name or email address. Any ideas how to stop this? It does not
affect all users just 2 out of 20.
