Outlook set-up for POP3

I want to use Outlook 2003 to access my POP3 mailbox when I am at work where
we use a Proxy server. I have information needed to setup the proxy server,
however, I do not know where to enter the information. I use the same profile
to access my work email from an exchange server. Please help.

Talk to your Exchange admin at work to see if it is allowed and if yes, the
setup instructions.
