Outlook set up to my remote email not working

I am trying to set up Outlook to my POP3 email service which is broadband at
home and I can remotely access. I can't send an email from Outlook 2003.

Use the SMTP (sending) server assigned to your remote location instead of
the one assigned to your home email service. Using the SMTP service of an
ISP you are NOT directly connected to is known as relaying and almost ALL
ISPs deny this as an anti-Spam measure.
