Outlook Settings

I just downloaded Outlook 2001 but before I start it up it's asking
questions I have no idea about. It's requesting for me to type the name
of my mailserver and mailbox - "Microsoft Exchange Server" and
"Mailbox Name." What do I type in these fields? Thanks.

It sounds like you have Outlook setup for Corporate
Mode with a Microsoft Exchange Server in your services.

Look again at your Outlook version:
Open Outlook
Select the HELP menu
Select ABOUT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK...

What is the version that the Help menu says?
