Outlook settings

How do I get my outlook settings off one drive onto another? I recently had
a hard drive go belly up. I have installed a cloned back up drive, and
slaved the old one for data transfer purposes, but Outlook keeps telling me
that it is unable to initialize. I need to get my data, saved e-mails,
address/contact lists, calendaring, etc.
