Outlook shared calendars using ISP

I am trying to setup shared calendars for my church administration. We are
using Road Runner as our service provider. Can we take advantage of the
calendar sharing using Road Runner as the ISP?

Nope. POP/SMTP accounts don't know anything about calendars. They handle
mail only. If you have a network in your church, then you may be able to
use one of the methods described here:
