outlook sharing contacts between machines

How can I copy my contacts from my desktop to laptop. I
just installed office 2000 on my desktop and have the
desired contact stored on my office 2000 desktop. To
complicate matter further, I use beyond contacts software
to sync my palm to my desktop. thanks.

Export your contacts to a .pst and use sneakernet to copy them to the
