Outlook shortcuts in "Office Shortcut Bar"

This question refers to two separate products (Outlook
2003 & Office Shortcut Bar 2003 - NOT shortcuts within
Outlook). In the Office Shortcut Bar I want to have
links to "New Mail Message", "New Contact", "New Calendar
Entry", etc like I used to have in Office 98. I believe
these links were standard (i.e. "built-in"?) with the
Office 98 Shortcut Bar ( I don't remember setting them
up), but I cannot figure out how to create such a link in
the 2003 Shortcut Bar.

Can anyone help? Thanks for all offers....

Thanks Milly - this is exactly what I was looking for,
however the files within the folder that the article said
I should find don't exist. I'll contact my PC support
team and see if I can have them reload the OSB.

I really appreciate your help!
