I had Outlook XP, and used to file messages by draging
them to the shortcut pane, and to the corresponding
shortcut to my personal folders on my hard drives. I had
many shortcuts that I used to store email messages on the
shortcut pane of Outlook XP.
Since I upgraded to Outlook 2003, all my shortcuts still
there but Outlook 2003 treat them as READ ONLY; it won't
allow me to drag'n drop. If I click the shortcut it only
opens Explorer in that folder, but by any means it won't
allow me to DRAG'N DROP messages to the shortcuts.
Is there anything I can do to make my shortcut pane work
as in Outlook XP?
