Having a problem with Outlook 2003. Connected to Small Business
Server 2003. On a single Windows XP Pro machine. For no reason I
keep getting extra shortcut groups appearing in my shortcuts window.
I am able to remove them by right clicking and choosing remove groups,
however i am not sure what is causing them to appear in the first
place. It should be noted that the machine that is having the problem
is a Dell Inspiron 8500 Laptop. I also have a Dell Axim X5 using
Microsoft Active Sync 3.7.1 Build 4034. The groups are empty, they
coincidentally have the same name as the default group still in the
shortcuts view. I have been unable to recreate the situation that
makes these groups appear. It just happens that every once in a while
when I look at the shortcut view, there they are.
Has anyone else heard of this happening???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!
