Outlook should allow me to scroll (left/right) with mouse wheel

I have a mouse that has a scroll wheel that allows you to scroll both up/down
as well as left/right. In MS Office 2002 - Outlook, I could scroll
left/right and up/down in the "Folder List" window, but in MS Office 2003 -
Outlook, I can only scroll up/down.
