When I create a private appointment, others see the text: PRIVATE APPOINTMENT.
I would like the option to specify the text that others see instead of
PROVATE APPOINTMENT.
For instance, if I have a doctor's appointment, I will enter the doctor,
location, and any private notes in my appointment. I would then like others
to see this as DOCTOR'S APPT. on my calendar. Similarly, I may be going on
vacation, and would like this to show up as VACATION.
Presently, I create a private appointment on my calendar. Then I copy it so
I have a duplicate appointment on the same day and time. I remove any
private information from this second meeting, make it public, and change the
text to something generic, such as DOCTOR'S APPT., or VACATION.
I think it would be more convenient if I could just tell Outlook what public
label to display on my private appointments.
