It is a repetitive ridiculous requirement to give approval every 10 minutes
for my own pda to "access email addresses...stored in Outlook" when I am
trying to synchronize. It takes away any convenience for this approach to
planning. At the rate this synchronization is performed, I would need to
stand by my computer and click on pop up window giving another 10 minutes of
authorized access to me, when I am not even updating addresses. It asks for
this even when the only thing I ask it to synchronize is my task list. It is
ludicrous. This seems to be a new "feature" of Outlook calculated to avoid
spamming. This is not an issue for a pda. It should be possible to give
permanent approval for devices or programs that are trusted. Please change
this feature.
