Outlook should automatically RECEIVE email without sending

Spammers have the capabilities to drop things into your outbox which will
automatically be sent to all your contacts. If you have your settings
automatically Send/Receive every 5 minutes a Spammer could drop something to
go in the first 5 minutes and it will automatically be sent in the next 5.
If we could set Outlook to "Receive Only" we could head off some of this spam.

You can control outlook's setting using send/receive options... but this
will have no effect on spammers - Virus writers stopped targeting outlook in
June 2000 and spammers never used outlook, they use 'trojans' that carry
their own SMTP servers, totally bypassing outlook.
