Outlook Should be able recall an email sent to a list after 1st an

I want to be able to send a question to multiple Supervisors, and as soon as
I receive the first answer I want to automatically have the email recalled
and replaced to include the answer. This way all supervisors know I asked a
question and that I have already received the answer. Only if it needs
corrected will I receive more replys.
