Outlook should be able to hide taskbar icon while maximized.

I keep Outlook (2003) open on a second monitor. While the 'hide when
minimized' feature is nice, I'd really like to have a 'system tray icon only'
option for when Outlook is pulled up as well. (So as to reduce taskbar
clutter).
