Outlook should check for "attached" in body; prompt if not found

Outlook should scan the text in the body of the email for the word "attached"
or "attachment" and prompt the sender if there is no file attached. This
could be done in conjuction with spell-check. Frequently, I receive emails
from people saying "please find attached" but they forget to attach the
files.

Did you actually do ANY research before posting? This comes up with
MONOTONOUS regularity.
