It is often embarrassing to find after you have sent an important message
that you have forgotten to attach the files that you referred to in the
message.
As attachments are often referred to in the body of the message e.g. "please
find attached...", Outlook could check for certain words "attached,
attachment, enclosed... etc" when the send button is pressed and then show a
reminder if these words are in the message but no files have been attached.
