outlook should file the data according rule but few day later

finally this time outlook can set a rule for each person when e-mail arrive.
but the real life filing system is maybe you keep the data outside few day.
till you filing it.

and directly go filing you can not answer e-mail. or if you like do it need
go back each folder. like I have so many folder it's very frustrate...

Aloha wendy,

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you're trying to say here. I'm guessing
that English is not your first language - perhaps you should check the newsgroup
list and see if there is a group for your primary language and you could
report your question more comfortably there?
