Outlook should have a different color for each category.

I think that it would be a great idea if for Microsoft Outlook, you had a
different color for each category. The color would go where the name is
posted. Also, if it had an outlined border of that same color, that would be
awesome. We use outlook for our company and our venders, suppliers,
personal, customers, etc. are in one list. It's more convienent for us, but
with the colors, we would be able to find the contact easier. If you can
already have this sort of feature, please let me know how to do it. If not,
I would more than likely want to help with ideas on it.

You can apply color coding to items using categories by using the Automatic
Formatting feature from View | (Arrange By) | Current VIew | Customize
Current View.
