I think that outlook should have a rolodex that you can add a list of things
to and be able to browse later. For example, you could use it to store
recipies, notes, things to do on a weekend, list of favorite resturaunts and
locations, etc. The great thing about it would be that you could have a
different rolodex for a different topic. It would be a great easy way to
store different sets of information. I know they already have a notes option,
but it's not as organized as a rolodex could be.
