Outlook should have an additional task status of "cancelled"

Often tasks are not completed, they are cancelled. It would be nice to have
them documented in the task history as "cancelled" rather than just deleting
them entirely from the data.

This need is crucial in my company, it would be great to be able to add
custom status values such as Cancelled.
