Outlook should have an option to reject Spam Email

There should be an option in Outlook to allow the user to reject Spam/Junk
email, not just move it to Junk email. Maybe if the spamers got all of these
rejections it would knock their servers down.

And cripple the servers used by the innocent bystanders whose addresses have
been harvested by the spammers, who use them to spoof the From address on
messages and hide their real identities.

Bad idea.

Why would you want the servers to be knocked down? In most cases, the
servers being used are innocent captives of hackers who sell them to
spammers.

One day, one of those servers might be YOUR ISP's email server. Then
you will complain to them about not getting your email.

Some people just like to complain, I guess.

By the way, Outlook does not do server-side filtering. All it's
filtering happens AFTER the email is downloaded to your computer.
