Outlook should let me annotate e-mails in a searchable way

Outlook should let me add one or more private notes to e-mails that I receive
and then let me search those notes as well as the e-mail. Currently, this is
supported with OneNote, but that software is too bulky and not integrated via
search. I want a quick note directly tied to an e-mail or meeting that is
private.
