Outlook should let me associate emails with tasks so that a user can easily
view all relevant emails to a task. The concept is simular to the use of
catagories, but more direct. Right now I find my self copying and pasting
emails into the task document for refference sake. If there was a "associate
with task" button/menu item a user could easily quickly corilate their work
activities.
