I frequently need to travel to make an appointment. When creating an
appointment, I wish there were an option to attach a variable travel time (5,
10, 60 minutes) to the appointment, thereby alerting myself and others of the
time I will be travelling to make my appointment.
Example: I can create an 11:00am appointment. I can also create a seperate
1 hour appointment at 10:00am (to show that I am out of the office travelling
to my 11:00 meeting). Then, when the appointment needs to be moved, I need
to move both in my calendar. It would be nice to be able to attach (in much
the same way as when I create a 60 min reminder) a travel time and have it
show as busy in my calendar.
