Outlook should let me bounce a junk mail back to sender

One great way to stop spammers from sending us more junk mail is a feature
that allows us to bounce a junk mail back to the sender. Outlook should have
this feature.

Not likely. All you do is validate the email address. Spammers can look at
email headers too.

No; most spam From: headers are forged, and you would bounce the message
to an innocent bystander. If I receive false bounces, I report them as spam.
