Outlook should let me cancel and return to main program if I EXIT

MS Outlook (2003) should have a cancel button that lets me return to main
program if I EXIT accidentaly or if i just want to go back to the main
program after I select EXIT.

This is very important in case I accidentaly EXIT without saving emails or
if I opted to empty my trash bin if I EXIT and realize that there is
something that I should not have deleted.

Not ANOTHER "yes or no" dialog box! Windows has TOO many of them already,
with many more promised in Vista!

Empty on exit is bad and slow - use autoarchive to delete mail from that
folder every few days.

you can make your own dialog easily -
