Outlook should let me change Update List for task I own.

D

dh

I create my own tasks and must notify my management and others involved with
the project/task.

Currently, the Update List field on the Details tab of the Task is active
only if the task is assigned to me (a very rare occurance). To use Send
Status Report and type in all the e-mail addresses at every update a
rediculous waste of time and there is a risk of forgetting someone.

Suggestion: Allow the owner of the (unassigned) task to maintain the Update
List. Then, automatically send task update status e-mails to all those on
the Update List (as it does now for assigned tasks).
