Outlook should let me edit contact phone numbers without calling.

How do I edit contact phone numbers without getting pop-up windows (that
don't die) telling me to set up my computer to make phone calls. I don't want
my computer to make phone calls, I want it to store 10-digit numbers.

Why not do what the message suggests? You need to if you want Outlook to
store numbers.

just because you set it up doesn't mean you need to use it - and you'll have
to set it up to enter phone numbers.
