Outlook should let me paste text without retaining orginal format

Often when composing an email, it is useful to copy text from a webpage or
HTML formatted message. Outlook should allow me to use the Paste Special menu
item for ANY paste from the clipboard to paste the contents in the current
document format, rather than the source format. Most of the time, Paste
Special is grayed out.

Use Word as your e-mail editor instead. Outlook 2007 will always use Word as
e-mail editor and will always have the Paste Special option.
