Attachments are what take room in the outlook datafile, and are often
duplicated elsewhere on the disk.
two nice options would be:
- to have Outlook linking to a disk location when an attachment is saved
(or at least add the option to remove the file from the data file, but
keeping its name)
- To remove attachments but not emails in the "Mailboc Cleanup" tool. Here
also, the attachement would be physically removed, but its name (and size)
would be remembered.
