Outlook should let me use it without charging me

I went to a website and there was a link for email. I pressed the link and
typed a long email, then pressed send, Outlook opens up (which I have set up
with my hotmail accts) AND THE DANG THING WON'T SEND BECAUSE I'm not a
"subscriber"? How much money does Bill Gates need?

Aloha Reggie,

You can use Outlook. It's Hotmail that wants money. If you don't want to
subscribe to their service I'm sure your ISP probably includes at least one
POP mail account with your Internet access.
