Outlook should let me use MS Streets & Trips to "Display on Map"

Can I use MS Street&Trip to Display Map?

I would like the option to change my defualt Map. I would prefer to use
Microsoft Streets and Trips as the Default "Display on Map". I want the to
us the version on my local computer. Not the web based version that it goes
to.

Can this be done?
