outlook should let you lock individual folders

L

little Miss Angry.

I am looking for a solution to a major problem, I have recently discovered
that some one is going into my outlook while it is off line and reading my
opened emails. I realise that you can not password lock outlook it's self
but I would however like to be able to lock individual folders within
outlook, just as you can in word or excel.

i realise that the automatic log down on the pc as a whole should protect me
from that but what happens when that person also has this password and you
can not change it without informing them of that change (ie let the cat out
of the bag... its my boss).

Any ideas? any chance the lovely people at Microsoft could arrange for
this... emails are like slow mail to me... you do not read some one elses
post. unfortunately it is sad to know that you work with people who do not
have the same moral standards as you... maybe it is time to move onto a new
job?

rant over.

:)
