When sending a new meeting invitation, it may take up to an hour to compile a
list of meeting attendees. If the meeting is via conference call, you may be
limited to X number of lines. As you add attendees to the meeting invite,
Outlook should show you a count so that you do not invite more people than
physically possible.
Currently, the tracking portion of the meeting invite shows the number of
invitees AFTER you send the invitation.
