When scheduling a meeting, my colleagues and I need a way to search for an
available conference room by: date/time, occupancy, audio/visual resources
available, etc.
Using Oulook to determine if a conference room is available, one must add
one or more conference rooms as attendees, visually compare to see which room
is available, and rely on memory to determine if that room meets our needs.
Come on, I can't believe the brillant folks at Microsoft haven't thought
about this already.
