When you have multiple e-mail accounts on the same imap server, Outlook tries
to connect to all of them at the same time. There should be some seconds to
wait before hammering the imap server (3 accounts on the same server is
enough to give you the last 2 mailboxes offline, because the server doesn't
allow this much connection at the same time).
