I believe our office in NY is using Outlook 2003. It shows there are 9 new
emails in the Inbox, but when you click on Inbox it shows none.
Any ideas how to clear this? She's rebooted twice before contacting me which
didn't help.
She logged onto our web email and logged in through there.. there is no new
emails.
She can send and receive email fine.
