Outlook shows message headers but not contents. What's wrong?

Yesterday, I downloaded updates which changed my mail from OUTLOOK 2000 to
OUTLOOK 2003. Things worked okay until this morning. Now messages arrive,
the headers (to, from, subject, attachments) come through okay, but the
message contents is blank. Any ideas what the problem(s) may be?

Maybe is due to anti scan, try to turn off and send a test mail.

Thanks much. We tried many different approaches but ultimately downloaded
the 2003 version and reinstalled Outlook 2000. Everything worked as before.
