Outlook shutdown when receives a message

Hi!

I have a problem with my Outlook, every ttime when I
receive an external message , outlook shutdown !
Do you have any idea what is going on ????

The machine is an Compaq P4 runing Windows XP HOME
edition and Office Small business and also Office 2000
Standart
