Outlook shuts computer down

L

Larry

Recently, when I open Outlook, and the automatic retrieve of new messages
begins, or if I try to open a message, or if I try to change folder, the
screen goes black, the message "No Signal" is displayed, and the computer
re-boots. I am using Outlook 2000, and XP.

No signal means no video signal. Check the event logs and also check for an
updated video driver.
