CHAD - PLEASE READ!
My outlook has been shutting down automatically and the
automatically restarts itself. The usual send error to
MS pops up of course.
I have pinpointed the problem to occuring only when a
rule is running that is trying to send out an email to a
distribution list. For example outlook runs fine and
then all of a sudden I receive and email with an
attachment that is to go out to my employees and in the
process of sending it out to all of them it shutsdowni
and then starts itself up again. In the process it never
makes it out of the OUTBOX but through its attempts over
and over again, most people are getting the email
multiple times.
I need these rules to run, please advise?? I have 512MB
of RAM and a fast processor. The problem just started,
everything had been working fine for a long time. The
only things that have been done to this machine are an
attempt at linking the outlook contacts to my palm
desktop with a bad piece of software that I had to
unistall and I was also running PLAXO contact manager
which I have since uninstalled. I even reverted back to
an older restore point when tings were working fine?
